On Saturday 6th of April, from 10:45 to 18:00, the Federal Committee is  convened in Brussels in a Hybrid format after the Extraordinary Congress.
The meeting agenda will include:
  • the political debate and discussion on the European election campaign,
  • the reports of the five political commissions,
  • the financial decisions (presentation by the treasurer of the 2023 budget, internal auditors' report, and approval of the 2023 balance sheet),
  • the organisational decisions, based on the new statutes approved by the extraordinary congress,
  • the opportunity to present the new office structure and new staff members.

The agenda and relevant documents will be sent out in due course.

This activity is part of the project 101140644 — UEF-CERV-2023-OG-SGA  financed by the EACEA under the CERV programme.

If you are registered but unable to attend and your section has already exhausted the list of Substitute Members, you may issue a proxy.

CONTRIBUTION (IN PRESENCE AND ONLINE)

To face the costs of organising the Federal Committee meeting and as a contribution to UEF, we kindly ask for a mandatory contribution of €50 for the registration (25 € as JEF members, participants under 25 years old and job seekers), according to Art. 6 par (1) of the FCO. We thank you in advance for your support and your understanding.

Observers are exempt from the contribution.
