1.6 Third Action Committee for the United States of Europe
This page gathers all the official documents, statements, background papers, and reports produced in the framework of the Third Action Committee for the United States of Europe, launched by the Union of European Federalists in 2024.
The Committee continues the legacy of Jean Monnet’s original Action Committee for the United States of Europe (1955–1975) and the Second Action Committee promoted by UEF in 2017, uniting political, institutional, and civil society leaders around one common goal: to relaunch the project of a federal Europe capable of acting decisively in a changing world.
Here you will find:
-
Official statements and resolutions adopted during the Committee’s meetings;
-
Background papers and discussion notes outlining key federalist proposals on defence, democracy, economy, and institutional reform;
-
Reports and summaries from working sessions and thematic groups;
-
Advocacy materials and open letters addressed to European institutions and political leaders.
All documents reflect the ongoing efforts of the UEF and its partners to build a new federal pact for Europe — turning the call for unity into a concrete roadmap for the Union of tomorrow.
