DECISIONS APPROVED
During the UEF FC meeting held in Budapest, in 16 Novemeber were approved the following decisions:
- The Draft budget 2025: Approved
- The Membership of Association Inițiativa pentru Europa Unită - IEU as UEF Romania: Approved
The following resolutions, statements and declaration were approved, updating the political position of the UEF:
- Resolution on Building consensus for Treaty change
- Resolution | A European foreign and security policy in a Changing World
- Resolution | A fiscal capacity to achieve our ecological and competitiveness objectives
- Resolution | A reminder: the “Declaration of European resistance movements” 1944
- Resolution | Opposing continued introduction of internal border controls in the Schengen Area
- Statement | Recalling the Need of an Effective and Human EU Migration and Asylum Policy in Line with EU Fundamental Rights and other International Obligations

CONTRIBUTION (IN PRESENCE)
To face the costs of organising the Federal Committee meeting and as a contribution to UEF, we kindly ask for a mandatory contribution of €50 for the registration (25 € as JEF members, participants under 25 years old and job seekers), according to Art. 6 par (1) of the FCO.

DEADLINES
In view of the Federal Committee meeting, the UEF Secretariat would like to remind of the deadlines set by the Federal Committee Rules of Procedure for the presentation and management of resolutions.
Article 10.2 of the Federal Committee Rules of Procedure states that resolutions must be sent to the Secretariat within three weeks of the FC meeting so that they can then be made available to all FC members.
In the case of the next meeting:
26 October, midnight (12 p.m.): deadline for submitting resolutions. You can use this form for the resolutions LINK29 October: resolutions will be circulated and there will be a week to propose amendments6 November, midnight (12 p.m): deadline for submitting amendements
