The UEF Federal Committee is convened for an extraordinary online meeting on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, from 18:00 to 19:30 CET.
The meeting is being convened to examine and approve the UEF 2025 accounts, in order to comply with the applicable legal obligations under Belgian law.

IMPORTANT UPDATE - 7.9.2026
A motion has been submitted by UEF Treasurer Antonio Argenziano to postpone the presentation and approval of the UEF 2025 accounts until Tuesday, 22 September 2026, due to delays in finalising the accounts with the UEF accountant.
The motion will be considered at the beginning of the extraordinary Federal Committee meeting on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, and will be put to a vote by the Federal Committee.

The meeting is open to UEF Federal Committee members in accordance with the UEF Statutes and Rules of Procedure.
