Activities and Events of UEF Greece (First Semester 2025)
Dear Members and Friends of UEF Greece,
The first half of 2025 was a period of intensive work, strategic alertness, and meaningful engagement for UEF Greece. Following the electoral General Assembly of 24 January 2025—which elected a new Executive Board and Audit Committee—we embarked on a renewed mission to address the most pressing challenges of our time: mounting geopolitical instability, the imperative of a common European defense, and the deepening of political unification.
With consistency and dedication, we launched a dialogue on European identity, migration, regional cohesion, and global governance rooted in respect for international law, human rights, and the peaceful settlement of disputes. We highlighted the Union’s strategic autonomy as our shared priority, mobilized young scholars, engaged the regions, and shaped a space of participation, knowledge, and action.
Our voice resonated through public interventions, academic events, international webinars, and European partnerships. We advocated for the need of a “Second Schuman Plan” for a more democratic, stronger, and federal Europe.
We are grateful for your support. We move forward with determination and momentum, committed to bringing the Europe of citizens to the forefront.
