Join us for UEF European Congress 2026
The Union of European Federalists (UEF) is proud to announce the XXIX UEF European Congress, taking place 20–22 March 2026 in Barcelona, Spain. As the highest decision-making body of the UEF, this congress represents a defining moment for the federalist movement across Europe — a strategic platform for debate, renewal, and collective action in support of a sovereign, democratic and united Europe.
What Is the UEF European Congress?
The UEF European Congress is the flagship event of the Union of European Federalists — the organisation dedicated to advancing European political integration and democratic federalism. Held biennially, the congress gathers delegates, observers, young federalists and guests from all over Europe to:
- Discuss pivotal political priorities for the coming years
- Elect leadership that will steer the movement forward
- Debate and adopt key political documents and strategic plans
- Shape the direction of European federalism at a critical juncture
This year’s congress is hosted at the historic Palau Reial de Pedralbes in Barcelona, offering not just a political forum but also a symbolic setting for promoting unity and shared vision.

Why This Matters for UEF Kosova
For UEF Kosova — and for all supporters of European federalist values — the XXIX UEF European Congress represents a rare opportunity to engage directly in shaping the political agenda for Europe’s future. With debates on treaty reform, democratic governance, and a more robust European political union, this congress is not just an organisational milestone — it is a moment for collective vision and action.
Participation from Kosovo’s federalist community will strengthen our voice within the European movement and reaffirm our commitment to effective, democratic and inclusive integration across the continent.
Be part of Europe’s federalist future — join us in Barcelona, contribute to the debates, and help shape the next chapter of European unity.
