{"id":1384,"date":"2025-01-27T20:58:01","date_gmt":"2025-01-27T20:58:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/federalists.eu\/greece\/?p=1384"},"modified":"2025-02-09T16:43:37","modified_gmt":"2025-02-09T16:43:37","slug":"press-release","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/federalists.eu\/greece\/press-release\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESS RELEASE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Athens, 27\/1\/2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Friday, January 24, 2025, the electing and accounting General Assembly of UEF-Greece was held. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Assembly commenced with a speech by Emeritus Professor Panagiotis Ioakimidis, one of the leading experts on European affairs, a distinguished scholar, and an analyst with extensive experience in negotiations on institutional changes within the European Union. His speech was titled: <strong>\u201cGreece, Europe, and the Global System 2025: Quo Vadis?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Watch the video of the speech <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=IUaAj1lQrPI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The General Assembly, after approving the activities and the financial report for the period December 2022 - January 2025, examined the new Board of Directors with a two-year term, in accordance with the organisation\u2019s Regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Management Board consists of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aristodemou Neophytos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gogou Daphne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kollias Dimitrios<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korkovelos Georgios<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikolaidou Maria (Marovita)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Panakoulias Stefanos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papaggelopoulos Dimitrios<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tsikas Theodoros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filippidis Konstantinos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hytopoulou Eleni<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An Audit Committee was also elected for the same period, consisting of three following members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaisaris Othon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Memmou Angeliki<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fotopoulos Andreas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Management Board met on January 26, 2025 and was constituted as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>President: Gogou Daphne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vice President: Tsikas Theodoros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secretary General: Aristodemou Neofytos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treasurer: Panakoulias Stefanos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Press Office<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may download the press release <a href=\"https:\/\/federalists.eu\/greece\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2025\/01\/2025.01.27-PRESS-RELEASE.pdf\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Athens, 27\/1\/2025 On Friday, January 24, 2025, the electing and accounting General Assembly of UEF-Greece was held.
